1. Appointment Booking & Deposit
To secure a mobile tyre fitting appointment with GateField Mobile Tyres, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Appointments can be arranged via phone, WhatsApp, or other approved contact methods. A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been successfully received.
The deposit allows us to:
- Reserve the required tyres for your vehicle
- Schedule a qualified technician
- Plan travel and service logistics
2. Deposit Policy
All deposits paid are non-refundable.
This applies in all cases, including but not limited to:
- Customer cancellations
- Failure to attend the scheduled appointment
- Incorrect vehicle or tyre details provided at booking
- Change of mind after confirmation
The deposit contributes toward administrative costs, stock allocation, and the reservation of your time slot.
3. Changing Your Appointment
We understand that schedules can change.
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required to request a new appointment time
- Deposits may be carried forward to a rescheduled booking, subject to our approval
- All changes are dependent on availability within your area
Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in the loss of your deposit.
4. Missed Visits
If we are unable to complete the service due to the customer not being present, contactable, or if the vehicle cannot be accessed at the agreed location and time:
- The appointment will be marked as missed
- The deposit will not be refunded
- A new deposit will be required to arrange another booking
5. Customer Obligations
To ensure a smooth service, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate tyre specifications and vehicle details
- Ensuring the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location
- Allowing sufficient space for the technician to carry out the work
If these conditions are not met, the service may be cancelled and the deposit retained.
6. Unforeseen Events
In exceptional circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, heavy traffic, vehicle breakdown, or supply issues), GateField Mobile Tyres reserves the right to:
- Rearrange the appointment to a later time or date, or
- Issue a full refund of the deposit if the service cannot be fulfilled
7. Acceptance of Terms
By paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
